Here is what we collect when you ask for a price or book a job, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. Short version: we keep what we need to do the job, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you send a quote request from this site we receive the photos you attach, the note you type, and the one contact you give us - a phone number or an email address. When you call or text, we have your number and whatever you tell us. When we book a job we take the details we need to do it: your name, the address, the date, and what is being removed.
What we use it for
To give you a price, schedule the job, do the work, and send the invoice. After a job we may text you once to ask for a Google review; reply STOP and we will not text again. We do not send newsletters or marketing.
Where it lives
Quote requests and bookings go into our own booking system, hosted by the services that run it (Vercel and Supabase). Texts go out through Twilio and email through Google. Those companies process the data on our behalf and do not get to use it for anything else. We do not sell or share your information with anyone outside that.
This website
The site keeps simple counts of how it is used - for example that a quote was sent or the phone number was tapped - so we know what is working. There are no advertising trackers and no social-media pixels.
Your choices
Want to know what we have on file, or want it deleted? Email info@sunshinejunkremoval.com or call 780-977-9678 and we will take care of it. Invoices stay on record as long as the tax rules require; everything else can go.
