Renovation Debris Removal in Edmonton

The pile in the garage after the basement reno. The city will not take it at the curb; we load it and it is gone.

Renovation and construction debris removal in Edmonton and area

Drywall, flooring, tile, old cabinets and vanities, bath tubs, lumber, shingles, fencing, concrete and brick - everything a renovation leaves behind and nothing the city will pick up. We load it from the garage, the driveway or the room it came out of, and haul it away.

Homeowners doing it themselves, contractors who would rather not lose a day to the dump run, property managers between tenants - we do it for all of them, one load or a standing pickup through a long job.

A photo of the pile is a quote. Heavy material - concrete, tile, shingles - is priced differently from light material like drywall and wood, so tell us what is in the pile if it is not obvious from the photo.

Before we arrive

  • Pile it in one place if you can - the garage or the driveway. We do the loading.
  • Keep concrete, tile and shingles separate from the light material if it is easy to.
  • Tell us if there is anything hazardous - asbestos, old oil, paint - so we can say what we can and cannot take.

A price before we start. Confirmed on site. No surprise disposal fees.

Common questions

Do you take concrete, brick and tile?

Yes. They are heavy, so they are priced by the amount - tell us roughly how much when you send the photo.

Can you come back as the job goes on?

Yes. For a long renovation we can set up a pickup every week or two so the pile never gets ahead of you.

Do you take asbestos?

No. Material that may contain asbestos needs a licensed abatement company. If the house is older and you are not sure, tell us before we come.

How much does renovation debris removal cost in Edmonton?

It depends on how much there is and how heavy it is. Send a photo and we will get right back to you with a price, confirmed on site before we start.
