Most of our work is for property managers, condo boards and landlords: bin area clean ups, suite and unit clear-outs, move-out cleans and renovation leftovers, across Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc and the surrounding towns. We have been clearing condo bin areas in Leduc for close to 15 years, and many of our buildings have us on a standing visit - weekly, every two weeks or monthly - so the manager stops getting the calls.

Everything goes on our truck and off the property - nothing is left beside the bin for the hauler to refuse. Loads go to the transfer station, where the staff there sort out what can be reused or recycled.
Need the suite ready to show as well? Our cleaning team follows the clearing crew for a move-out clean, and our moving crew handles suite-to-suite and storage-room moves inside the building.
